Founder & Managing Partner
Saad Zein is the Founder and Managing Partner of Aston Peak. He brings more than 35 years of experience in financial advisory, origination, structuring and risk management, with a background across corporate finance, structured credit, precious metals and institutional financing.
He works with companies, asset owners and institutional investors to connect operating realities with financing and investment decisions. His work spans capital strategy, financial modelling, valuation, transaction structuring, negotiation and execution. He remains closely involved throughout each engagement, helping management compare alternatives, understand risks and carry the chosen approach through to implementation.
